We are pleased to announce the ticket sale for our 34th Annual Conference is now open.
Early bird bookings up to 27th May 2026
- £285 – for a limited number of PhD Student tickets*
- £395 – early bird reduced fee for EECERA members**
- £460 – early bird non-member rate
Standard ticket – for all bookings from 28th May 2026
- £530
All fees are published and processed in GBP.
The fee will cover access to all keynotes and symposia, tea & coffee, buffet lunches & reception evening. Accommodation, travel, social programme and conference dinner are not included.
Please note only card payments are accepted and receipts will be issued automatically upon successful booking.
*Regarding PhD student tickets
To be able to purchase a PhD student ticket applicants will be required to upload a letter from their tutor confirming their current student status for us to review. The letter needs to be supplied on university letter headed paper and has to include the student’s name, details of their PhD, including start and planned end date, and name and signature of their tutor/supervisor.
Any discounted student tickets which are purchased without enclosing relevant and valid information, as described above, will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
**Regarding early bird reduced fee for EECERA members
Early bird reduced fee for EECERA members is applicable to members who renewed their membership for 2026 and any new members who purchased their membership for 2026.
If you are a current EECERA member, you will be required to sign in to ExOrdo with the same email address your membership is registered under. When you do, the member ticket option will be visible and active. Select the ticket to proceed with purchasing your early bird member ticket. If you have purchased your membership for 2026 but the member ticket option is greyed out, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
We strongly recommend new membership applications and renewals are purchased at least a week prior to the EECERA 2026 early bird cut-off date (Wednesday 27th May 2026) for those wishing to benefit from this offer. This is because activating the member ticket offer for newly joined members can take 3-5 working days from the day of the membership purchase.
*Ticket booking cancellation policy
Early bird EECERA Non-member, Member and PhD Student (limited availability) rates are available until 27/05/2026.
Within 30 days of booking place – Full refund will be issued.
After 30 days of booking place – Refund minus 15% handling charges for registration.
13th July 2026 – No refunds will be issued after this date.

EECERA 2026 Conference Dinner
The dinner will take place in O Legar, which is serving traditional Madeira dishes.

If you are looking for ambience, art, flavour and traditional Madeira cuisine, in particular one of its most known dishes – espetada – with milho frito and bolo do caco, then O Lagar is the place to go!
Located in Câmara de Lobos and established in 1995, one of its main objectives is to promote Madeira’s culture and gastronomic tradition, where the quality of service plays an essential role, for both the regional and touristic markets.
With focus on a continuous quest for quality and innovation the management have recently opened three new rooms, two of which are specifically designed and prepared for events and parties, all equipped with air conditioning and able to host up to 350 guests.
The cost of the dinner, including round-trip transportation, will be £58.50 per person. Ticket sale will open soon.
